Why Do I Care?
So I'm trying not to waste so much time on celebrity gossip and then Britney Spears goes and gets herself pregnant again! The rumors have been circulating for months and now her rep finally confirms it. Why do I get such excitement and satisfaction out of it? I don't know her! I've never met her! I don't even like her music!!!

That's funny. There is some strange attraction to celebs. But, then again for me there is a fine line there between intriguing and repulsive. Maybe it's impulse marriages, people like Angelina Jolie, horrible (yet somewhow celebrated in the media) infidelity. Garth Brooks and Tricia Yearwood? Lance Armstrong and Sheryl Crow? What's all this leaving your out-of-the-spotlight wife/husband for a person you sing with or co-star in a movie with? It makes me angry and sick and sad all at the same time.
